Pedestrian Priority Phase II

I knew I was right about the Pedestrian Priority Phase intersection traffic light control system. What I didn’t know was just how bad the consequences were of our city planners’ “planning”.
According to Chris Selley’s article in the National Post the average streetcar delays at Dundas and Yonge are up by 48%. Maximum delays at any point during the day rose to 5 minutes and 12 seconds! Morning rush hour delays are up by 141% and evening by 175%! The idiots at City Hall that planned this should go to jail!

The solution is simple: Keep the Pedestrian Priority Phase and get rid of the other two phases for pedestrians. Let cars at that intersection turn right without having to wait for pedestrians and traffic in the whole area will be much improved!
