Reliability and excellent dealer service continue to be strong points for Lexus, especially against BMW. Lexus can probably get away with the bland exterior styling of its flagship (for those who like arriving incognito), but they’d better do an amazing job on the interior, because they were already a generation behind the Germans when the current LS came out.
